Planning our wedding it wasn’t an easy thing to do. I remember when my husband finished paying lobola, he suddenly lost his job. That was the hardest situation we faced since he was the only one working. We didn’t have money to start with the preparations for our wedding celebration, but we believed that even though we don’t have money God will surely do it for us. We started doing quotations regarding the venue, food, white wedding dress and some other things. We did all that on our own without having the wedding planner.
As we we were busy looking for the venue, we got the venue that we liked and paid the deposit, because the venue suited the kind of wedding we wanted by then. Initially we wanted to have a small ceremony whereby our Pastor would bless us and we go have lunch at home little did we know we can do more than that. During the preparations of our wedding we didn’t even know what kind of theme, deco we wanted. We were just clueless, we just thought how we planned our wedding was the proper way.
That’s when Kudos events came and arranged the first meeting with us. They asked us about our wedding budget, what kind of the wedding we want, theme, venue ,dress and cake. They started to help us plan our wedding, and they used their own car to help us throughout the preparations . I like the fact that they were patient with us during the preparation stage. They helped us to get the venue, where we can do our matrimonial at the garden and our reception in the hall.
They also arranged a meeting with the suppliers who did our deco to make sure we get everything that we wanted and paid for, they even got us the cake we wanted. We are very happy that we got someone to plan and co-ordinate our wedding and throughout the preparations, we learned a lot from Kudos events. We were satisfied with everything that Kudos events helped us with.We got married and that was the best day ever. We looked beautiful and everything was on point.
